What's so special about Wholesale?

Well put simply the jump from selling a service to being a wholesaler is very big.

Lot's of people can get their heads round selling one flavour of a service to a consumer - normal B2C

Lot's of people have what is takes to survive in the B2B Markets where standards need to be set higher and SLA's are often tighter.

But wholesaling IT and telecoms services to Major Brands requires a different focus of all those skill sets. You have to understand both the end user and the customer's point of view.

Costs are often more important in a wholesale environment because although an individual customer might want to spend more on their end-users, other customer's will want to offer the minimum service at lower prices.

So it's important to be able to package the products flexibly with mix and match components, with incremental service levels, and be able to deliver them.

The service wrap around a wholesaled product is significanly different than a straight B2B or B2C proposition.
